The Village Grove Mobile Home Community was established in 1973 and features 243 individually owned lots. Residents own both their mobile home and the land, while the property is maintained by an appointed Homeowners Association Board of Directors.

Our mile-long property has been designed to accommodate homes in a horseshoe layout, allowing community members an opportunity to engage with one another. At least one resident of any given home must be 55 years of age or older, while additional tenants must be at least 45 years old.

There are two means of acquiring residence in the community. Prospective residents interested in purchasing a home are required to utilize the assistance of a real estate agent to directly connect with the current homeowner or owner’s agent for negotiations. If you are a prospective resident seeking to rent a home with us, we require an in-office appointment with you and the current homeowner.
